Hey guys ( and girls) so my questions is, if I Pass my 3G fluxcore test
And mail in those results, will it reflect on the certified welder roster that I
Am certified for flux core, or am I required to pass both 3G & 4G before it will reflect?

Your best bet is to ask the test administrator or the City of LA Building Officials.

You might be able to find the information you seek on the City of LA LADBS website. LADBS.org
