I am sure everybody knows what window guards are and if not they are like diamond mesh that protect from glass breakage and from your business or shop to get broken into, would somebody please tell me what would be a good plan how to fabricate a better guard and how you would go about installing one? Or maybe like a drawing or blueprint?....I used to make mine out of old rusty sucker rod but that is a real messy process when concerning stick but however I will use stick to fabricate a new and better one but any ideas? Thanks,

John

Expanded metal welded into an angle iron frame sounds about right to me.

That's worked for me in the past.

Ditto here. Expanded metal is what we normally use.
