CRWT-Seminar and Exam

Hello everyone- I have been signed up for this seminar/Exam in Cleveland in September. I need to cancel this and I cant seem get anyone at AWS to communicate with me. All emails are unanswered. When I do get a person on the phone I get directed to leave a voicemail that never gets answered. I did have a gentleman that has helped me in the past directly, but he no longer works there so I am stuck again,.

I am hoping someone may have a direct contact there ? Any advice ?

I have contacted them in the past using the online form thing they have and was able to get through to them.

Click on "Customer Service / General Inquiries" near the top for the form to pop up.

I have requested that someone at AWS look into this and see if they can help.
Hopefully you will get a response pretty soon.

1. Use the new FORUM as this one isn't monitored - no daily digest
2. I have asked Customer Service and the leadership in Certification as I am not sure who handles this

Who did you work with in the past? I may be able to work out their replacement at AWS
