Do you need welding/welder qualifications for silver soldering?

Bonus question: what is your definition of soldering vs brazing?

1) Yes there are qualifications for silver soldering.
1a) The specifications/contract requirements for the project will determine if qualifications of procedures or performance are necessary.

Bonus A) Brazing filler metal has a liquidus above 450°C [840°F] and below the solidus of the
base material.

Bonus B) Soldering filler metal has a liquidus below 450°C (840°F).

The client has basically nothing for project specs/requirements. Basing everything off of b31.3 but I’ve never had to delve into brazing/soldering, I’m doing what I can on my limited time.
