Dears,
Kindly advice, what will be the minimum base metal thickness qualified for prequalified Fillet weld WPS as per AWS D1.1. In the table under T joint says only less than 75mm and above 75 mm conditions. Not mentioned , what is the minimum thickness. Kindly guide me.

The minimum base metal thickness for fillets or prequaified fillets is 1/8"

Figure 5.3 note (a)   References     Clause 7.13 which in turn sends you to Table 7.7 which specifies base metal thickness for fillets equal to or less than 1/4"  

So the minimum base metal thickness for fillets is the same as the minimum base metal thickness specified in the scope of the code, See clause 1.4
