During some recent posts some references were made to another welding related forum. I have been to the Hobart Forum and it is very well moderated and informative. All of the resources on the internet that share information are useful.

It is my suggestion that those of you that haven't visited that forum take a look around at http://www.hobartwelders.com/mboard/index.php?s=

This isn't being said to take away from the AWS Forum that I value greatly or to stab at whoever made the remark. Just to let y'all know whats there. There is also a newsgroup at http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=sci.engr.joining.welding

I recommend both of the above (for what thats worth) to both gain and share information.

Have a nice day

Thanks for that info Gerald. I usually only have time for just one forum but it is nice to know about some others.
A while back I somehow found myself included into a Yahoo message group for welding related topics. I don't know how that one is now. Back then I saw a lot of name calling and such so I didn't bother with it.

I'll have to give a look around those links you provided.
Thanks Gerald,

The yahoo groups seem to beal good Spam Factories. I just unsubscribed to mine.

I also have a forum on my website but it gets little activity. I try to refer everyone here.
