As a part of their welding software package, C-spec offers EN 287 and EN 288, as well as ASME IX and AWS D1.1. You will reach them at 1-888-673-9777. Also, check out www.gowelding.com, you will find some interesting links to the European Norms and the new EN ISO which is to replace 287 and 288.

Thanks but it's not an EN spec but a special spec for gas pipelines.
the wording is very vague and the english translation from the dutch is for information only.

Have you tried contacting the Netherlands Institute of Welding (NIL) yet? http://www.nil.nl/index_e.htm is their website, and I believe in the Institute's information page, you'll find some e-mail adresses to inquire more about NEN 3650.
