I am trying to find out what filler metals are required for the following:

First alloy:6005
Second alloy: 6005,7005,6060,6061,6063,6106,6351,5454,5083,5086,5052,5251,5005,1100,1200,3003,3203.

First alloy: 6101
Second alloy: 6005,7005,6060,6061,6063,6106,6351,5454,5083,5086,5052,5251,5005,1100,1200,3003,3203.

First alloy: 7003
Second alloy: 6005,7005,6060,6061,6063,6106,6351,5454,5083,5086,5052,5251,5005,1100,1200,3003,3203.

First alloy: 8006
Second alloy: 6005,7005,6060,6061,6063,6106,6351,5454,5083,5086,5052,5251,5005,1100,1200,3003,3203.

First alloy: 8011
Second alloy: 6005,7005,6060,6061,6063,6106,6351,5454,5083,5086,5052,5251,5005,1100,1200,3003,3203.

I assume you are wanting to join the first alloy to any one the second alloys. If that is the case, you need to determine what aspects are important, like corrosion, strength, ease of welding, ductility etc. I don't see any senario in the list that is not possible depending on the requirements for you.
I am curious, you have 5251 in your second alloy lists. I have only seen this in Australia and New Zealand. If you are located in the U.S., could you please tell me who distributes this.
I could help you with your filler metal selection, but even better visit the web site for Alco-Tech, they are the best in the world and will help you with your selection. Be prepared to answer the questions I have raised when you contact them. Their web site is www.alcotech.com

All the Best
