I´m doing a investigation for a university, about of influence on weldability, in armor plates steel of shipbuilding construction for armed forces, of hydrogen cracking and toughness when this are welding with stainless steel and low hydrogen and high strenght electrodes. I need to find an actual research review or state of art about of HSLA steels and Naval steels. Somebody can to help me?

I would suggest a Google search on terms like "HY-80 welding" but also include T-1 steel, HY-100, HSLA-65, HSLA-80 and HSLA-100, MIL-10018, 11018, 12018. Add various combinations of the words "microstructure", "Toughness" etc.

Also note your post under "educators" and please note the cautions on secret information.
