I am trying to spot weld three pieces of .040 thick 110 copper that has been silver plated together. We are using CMW 10W3 tips and that solved our electrode problem. We have experimented with all our setting but as you know there are thousands of combinations. Parts either don't weld together or melt we can't seem to find the right combination. Perhaps someone out there knows the right combination of variables to make this work. The assistance would be greatly appreciated.
