I am sure this list is not exhaustive, but it gives you a place to start.

Unfortunately, just being good at what you do is no longer enough.

You've got to protect yourself from every angle, including the absurd.

Too many out of work attorneys out there. Contingency claims attract clients. People looking to blame anyone BUT themselves.
