There are a number of different options for filler material, depending on your final service requirements and preheat and post weld heat treatments. The question is therefore rather an issue of welding procedure, based on the final service requirements, rather than the filler metal only.

At any rate, it will be a relatively tricky weld due to the rather high (0.48%) Carbon content.

If you spell out your service requirements and possible welding constraints (such as inability to pre-heat, or need for machining afterwards etc.) we should be able to give you a better answer.
