I agree with the others in that it takes time to find a decent position. I too hope you don't give up entirely. However, we all understand that you have to pay the bills and that sometimes you have to take a side step for a while.
Saying this with my tongue in my cheek- I can't help but wonder if dental x-ray experience would look good on the resume for NDE work? :)

By all means, don't be a stranger, this industry needs new blood such as you are.

Scroll to the end of this thread, there is an offer to read resumes of CWI's perhaps if you ask he will read yours also. If he needs CWI's he may also need techs.
