With all the experts I thougth, I may find out the procudure for installing steel stairs. With two stringers and one with a landing. Thanks very much Jim

Installation of steel stairs belongs to structural steel erection.
I suggest you to enter the site of the American Institute of Steel Construction (www.aisc.org). There are a lot of standards and recommended practices there, some of which can be downloaded for free.

Be careful with the welding codes too. You can get into a situation where the welders need to be qualified/certified to both AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.3 due to the thicknesses of materials used in steel stairs. Stringers will probably be under D1.1 while the tread pans will likely be under D1.3.
