About one week after building up the base edge of a front end loader bucket cross cracks devloped when cutting bolts off to replace the cutting edge. Some cracked through the leading edge of the base material, while some are just in weld beads.
We used 5/64 Lincore 33 fcaw.
We haven't had problems before, but we have them now.
Does anyone out there have a reasonable fix other tha replacing the base edge?
