Try Airgas, around here most of the hoods are set up for a hard hat.

We use all Jackson hard hats and welding shields due to the compatablity. The hard hats have a slot on each side above your ears that allow a ear(for lack of a better word) to slip into. This ear is where the pins on the welding shield fit into. It is a quick release type connection to allow for changing from welding shield to full face grinding shields quickly.
