/ Would FCAW 71M be low hydrogen?

I understand that SMAW electrodes ending in 5,6, or 8 is low hydrogen. But would FCAW be low hydrogen also. Say a 71M or simular wire. Alot of jobs just require low hydrogen processes and leave everything else up to the fabricator.
