What would be the TYP Brinell reading for a Beam of A992.

An old Ryerson book that I have shows a Brinell of approx. 143 for A572 grade 50.
A572-50 and A992 are roughly equal materials. A992 was adopted to address A572-50 rolled in accordance with AISC Technical Bulletin #3 which limits the yield/tensile ration to 0.85 max.
For a comparison, the same book lists a Brinell number of 156 for A588 steel.
