I heard that a man in Florida has patented a welding process that uses "Water and Electricity". My source knows nothing about this except a friend had been approched to invest money in a new company to market this "Patented" product. It sounds like a scam to me but I am not really familiar with all the welding processes. Is there any truth in this claim?
