I am looking for some information on vibratory stress relief of fairly large (around #10,000) frabication (all A36).

Our major concern is dimensional stability. After fabrication & stress relief we well be doing some close tolerance machining.

I feel this process will work for us on this application but would like to hear some input from some one with experience or expert knowledge.

Thanks

Ron,

Try contacting Bonal Technologies: 1-800-META-LAX or 1-248-582-0900. Address: 1300 North Campbell Rd. Royal Oak, MI 48067. Website: bonal.com. My last contact was with Anthony Russo, Assistant Inside Sales Manager. I have purchased and leased this equipment for both vibratory stress relief and weld conditioning for all types of materials, i.e., sst, cs, al, nickel alloys, etc.
