We are going to execute permanenet facility for unloading of HCL(36% conc) and Caustic(50% conc) in Borouge petrochemicals and the piping using for HCL is hastelloy(P.No 44,UNS N10675).The wire using for welding of this material is ERNiMo-10 which is as per code and specs and we are also going to qualify the WPS on this wire.But unfortunately this wire is not available from the market(UAE) and still we are searching and trying not to delay our job.At the same time ,is there any possibility to use ALTERNATIVE FILLER WIRE which may be available in market?
So please give me any suitable solution and WPS is attached , we want to qualify prior to make the production weld.
