we´ve found a toe crack in a 1" A517 Gr E vessel, the crack is located inside the vessel in a fillet weld of a 1/4" thick stiffener, the crack runs into base metal about 3/8". our concern is about the procedure to reapair the crack and if is required PWHT after repair.

any advice will be appreciated
