Appropriate Welding Process

I want to select the appropriate welding process for corrossion resistant overlay of base metal A216 Grade WCC using 316L filler and AISI 4130 using the same filler, can you help me guys?

Thank you RonG for taking time to reply to my question. I am refering to QW-453, QW-462.5(a) and QW-462.59(e), it doesn't specify what process to use.

The code does not select the process. You may use what ever process you have available to qualify a procedure or in the case of preformance qualification what ever process stated in the WPS.

The purpose of the PQR or WPQ (preformance test) is to demonstrate the process or welder can produce a sound weld.
