Can some one suggest the most ideal method to repair and obtain tool steel deposits over a wider area (not just edge build up or crack joining) say an area of 2"x8" (with maybe 1mm thickness). Would there by any thermal sprays that can give tool steel type deposit with higher hardness. Thanks in advance.
