Any idea about a welding electrodes called E-7018-1 , i cann't find it in the AWS

Similar to 7018 with manganese higher. You may have to look in an older A5.1 .

The only difference in the AWS specification is that E7018-1 is impact tested at a lower temperature. (-50F vs -20F). Manufacturers may tend to use higher manganese in order to accomplish this, but it is not required, and the chemistry ranges for them are identical. (1.6 Mn max)
