How do you get a cwi job. Been doing inspection for about 2 1/2 years.Now that I am certified. There no work for a cwi. Every time I go for a cwi job. I alway get when something comes up are we keep you in mind. Been in the welding business for 39 years. Doing hook ups on production platforms offshore, pipelines, fabrications. I get an inspection jobs now and then but it's always the tail end last a few days or a week. Does any one know where there is work.
If you look at the postings on the AWS site, job seekers, you will notice many openings for CWI's, in various parts of the country. If I hear of additional openings that are not posted I'll contact you.
