I would like to know what is the minimum recommended weld spacing for welding of .125" thick A4-2 sheet steel to .078" aluminized type I-40-CQ sheet steel. The weld needs to yield a minimum tensile shear of 2200 lbs. Can someone with resistance welding expertise please respond.
