My friend and I are considering taking some kind of welding courses, either through a welding school, or even a hobbiest course at another facility. We are in New York and would be most interested in night or weekend courses that are not too far from the Metro area. It is not necessarily for a degree in the industry but for our own personal use in auto repair. We have a truck that is in bad need of patches and we both have an interest in learning. Anyone have any ideas?
