sorry jot, I did a quick search on google and did not come up with any suppliers. I did find it interesting that OBERON Class Submarine pressure hulls are welded with this filler metal. Of all the stuff on the internet this was the only hit I got.

I am not sure what specific applcation you are looking for. You may consider using equivalent 100ksi strength such as E10018, should you be interested to look out the supplier only in US. I am not quite sure if any one makes E10016-G in US
