I have floated this query on other forums too and await information. I need Specific Inspection Requirements package on Predictive and Preventive inspection plans to define INSPECTION QUALITY PLAN for a N-Paraffin and LAB Plant under construction. I am inspection engineer with over 14 years inspection experience in Plant reliability on Ammonia Urea Fertilizer Technology; therefore i do not see a problem in designing the quality plan and inspection requiremnt package but need a guideline to make it more specific and precise. I invite advise / guideline for specific needs to be taken care off. Case histories would be even more useful.
