Nice Site.

I would loose the stick man on the opening page. Doesn't seem prof. and makes the initial page hard to read with him floating by.

How well do Copper counters hold up? Do you guys coat them with anything?

Looks like he does nice work.

lol yea, im 15 and i made the website for them, then my mom went back and added the stickman.

about the copper countertops, im sure they hold up well. i am not sure if he coats them, you should email him and ask.

They are heavy though.

The stick man is annoying.
Tell him it is a nice site and I admire his creativity.

Don't care much for the fade between pages and the stick man. The thumbnails link to pictures > 1mb and that could lose some people on dialup or even high speed connections.

It does showcase the work well.

Have a nice day

I agree with many of the comments made by the others so far. The Stickman adds nothing to the web site - and it's a kind of distraction! The photos appear to be too large and take time to download. If you want viewers to be able to see construction details that emphasize the high quality of your father's work, then use 2 or 3 smaller size photos rather than one very large one. One photo can show the overall view of the object, such as a railing, and the others can show enlarged details of the object.

Some web sites have too much text on the pages. Your web site may have too little. For example, I feel that a brief description with each gallery photo - such as the materials used, problems that were solved, or how the artisan fulfilled the style desired by the customer - might help potential customers realize that your father is the type of metalworker they would like to hire.

Excellent work, Nicely done!!!

Only things that could make the site easier to use are:

1. No gradual fading between pages, I have an ultrafast internet connection and it really seems slow when I am waiting for the fade to finish.

2. The stick-figure on the opening page is nice, but not when he is floating across the words on the page.

If u keep the stickman, put him on the bottom of the page only and shrink him to 1" in size... Nice site though!
