Are you asking about reject rates?

If you are, than try to be specific as to the process and type of pipe you want to know about. I think there are just too many types of pipe and process variables to just rattle off a bunch of answers with any kind of authority.

Type of pipe?

Process?

Field welds or shop welds?

What is your repair rate?
They vary quite a bit, from something like 0.3% up to 5%. 5% is really bad. I guess you could say an average around 1% to 3%. These are the numbers I usually hear.
