Which is correct for welding? Over 24" pipe and above for a welder that tested 3G and 4G on 1" plate or 24" and above? 2nd question can the welder that passed a 3G and 4G on 1" plate. also do fillet welds on any pipe along with PJP welds? Or do I have to give the welder a plate to pipe fillet weld test?
