The post that you are replying to is 3 years old and it is likely that the folks who have posted answers in reference to it have long since come up with replies and resolutions to them. As you log onto the site you will notice that there are notations with blue parenthesis around numbers next to various topics, these are new posts that include current questions and responses. There are also times, dates, and years associated with these postings, you can use your own judgment to reply, however it is likely that this particular post is long since dormant.
