I got a HW 18 water cooled tig torch give to me the other day. The power cable is burned out because the guy ran it without water. Where he works they bought him a new one and he gave the old one to me.

I have a new power cable for a different tig torch and was wondering if they make adapters for connecting such a critter. The cable I have looks new, but it is a female fitting and the torch is female ( takes a male) and they are different sizes.

If I have to, I will buy a new cable but I was wondering if I might be able to get this to work long enough to see if anything else is wrong with the torch.
