Hi folks,

Went back to production welding a few months ago after 7 years out. Almost decided I'd lost my touch after a few weeks of inconsistant welds, but then moved to an identical machine and was welding 'like I remembered I could' almost right away.

The first machine had gas leaks all over that I fixed - which helped quite a bit, but it's just not cranking out consistant welds. I'm getting clean welds, but find myself constantly adjusting output and wire speed settings because of flow problems as well as 'fluke' undercuts and burn-throughs.

Does anybody know what might be causing these voltage fluctuations?
