I would like to have suggestions on text material dealing with boiler inspection. Outside of having the Section 1 and section 8 and the NBIC Manual.,does anyone have books that they would recommend. I found two books on the net Power Boilers by Dyer And Power Boiler Design Inspection any comments on these books. Thank you
You will also need good familiarization with ASME Section II (parts A, B, C & D), Section IV and V and Section IX if you intend to pass the NBIC Boiler Inspector's exam.
