Need to know the same for Carbon Steel MIG wire when used on MS base material.

You should be able to visit major suppliers web sites, such as ESAB or Lincoln Electric and download Material Saftey Data Sheets (MSDS) right from their sites.

I don't think you'll find fume generation data on MSDS's. They list the compositional limits of the elements in the wire and compare them to the acceptable exposure limits.

Actual fume generation information is more difficult to come by....it has to be measured during welding and is subject to a huge number of variables (things like transfer effeciency across the arc, electrical parameters, shielding gas, and others).
