I'm having trouble with the requirements for a pqr. The production weld is a T connection with 3/4" A36 plate with a 1 7/16" hole, a 1 3/8" OD A105 forged half coupler 1" in length is fitted flush with the B side of the plate. The weld is a 5/8" PP with a 3/16" reinforcing fillet. What type of connection should welded for the pqr, also what testing is required? working to AWSD1.1 - 04. Any help would be appreciated
