want to buy API 1104

There has to be a better source for code books than Global Engineering, Current price for API 1104 is $250.00(and it's only 82 pages).
Their price for D1-1 is $144.00, that I can live with.
Does any one wish to sell a current API 1104?
I have a copy that I can't take into the CWI exam.

I tried to find one on EBAY for many months. Nothing.

You'll need the most recent edition to take the CWI exam.

Get ready for over $40.00 in additional costs like shipping, freight and
sales tax (regardless of what state you live in).

I called Global to complain about the sales tax issue and they said "they collect sales tax for all 50 states." Even AMAZON.com doesn't do this for the books they sell.

I plan on informing the New York State Department of Taxation about this claim .
