I'm presently preparing my CSWIP 3.2 Certification Renewal
As you know my eyesight shall confirm comlying/meeting
1) Times Roman N4 or Times Roman N5
OR
2) Jaeger JI or Jaeger J2

I have the AWS CWI J2 form and the ASNT ACCP J1 form. I was gonna email you the forms but your email is hidden.

I would think the organization doing the "Certification" would have the applicable forms available for you. If you meant the actual examination charts, check with an eye doctor.
