Does anyone have some feedback on this process? We manufacture gauge & light plate stainless tanks & are considering the addition of this process for our seam welder.

Hello Brad, I have not personally had experience with this process, however, I know that Alaskan Copper and Brass uses this process extensively in the fabrication of it's SS elbows and other welded products. These welds are generally done on automated type machines and in the case of Alaskan they were being done on gauge materials. Regards, aevald

Thanks Aevald. I have bought larger sized sch10 pipe from them in the past. I will inquire with them.

I also see that Northland Stainless is also using the process on a seam welder.
