Do I need to make a requalification for corten steels acc. ASME section IX if I have PQR` from P1.
In fact What are the ASTM equivalents (P no and group No.) of Corten A and Corten B steels?

You will have to requalify the procedure because the steels are not listed as ASME materials in sec IX or ASTM materials.

Thanks for the info. One more question is,
We are using ASME standarts for PQR`s ,WPS`s etc.
To make a new qualification with Corten A and Corten B, which P no. shall be selected for testing acc .to ASME section IX.

The ASTM standard for CorTen plate is A-588. This does not have a P-number, but is assigned S-number 3 in ASME IX. A procedure qualification on P-number 3 also qualifies for S-number 3. You will have to also look at the A-number of the PQR to be used to make sure it covers the electrode. Corten is usually welded with E7018 or E8018-W2 for color matching. I have also seen it welded with E8018-C3.
