i just got my first sa 200. im not exactly sure what i have on my hands yet. when i bot it we had to jump it from another welder to get it to run. now i will be the first to admit it and say i no jack about these welders. i know it needs a new push button ignition switch and a battery. what do i need to no about the button before going out and buying some random push button. and last(for now) what kind of battery do i need and where can i get it. anything will help. thanks

You can get a generic ignition at NAPA auto parts. I got one for my Big 40 there for about $20. I put a standard 12 volt automotive battery in my machine, but not exactly sure the CCA's. Get with Ksellon on the forum & she can tell you anything you may ever want to know about SA 200 machines. She's a wealth of knowledge & ready to help. :-) Good luck. S.W.
