Anyone ever have a problem with the weldability between these two steels, does any1 know of a chart that i can check and what to look for exactly to insure that i will not have any problems.

Should be no problem whatsoever.  Typically you'd use the same electrodes you'd use for welding A 36 to itself.  A 36 is essentially the same as A 709 Gr. 36, so you can look up the tables in AWS D1.5.  Another way to look at it is that A 709 Gr. 50 is essentially the same as A 572 Gr. 50, so if you have experience welding A 36 to A 572, it's the same as that.
