I dont have any pics but you can drive to the nearest rig. They are the same basic racks on every rig.

In my experience they like to be able to stack six to a truck if needed so keep that in mind. 30" sounds short to me what ru making them out of?

They are goin to be made out of 2 7/8" drillin pipe he needs three of them he told me he wants them about 30" tall and 20ft long i got to make them next week when he gets back into town

2 & 7/8? Id put about 3 sets of uprights in them if thats what he want them out of. They beat the S**t out of them with the forklifts. Most of the racks Ive built were out of 4.5 and 5 even 6 some times. Id cut your 3) 20' lengths and 15) 30" pieces. Layout a square frame with 2 20' lenghts and 5 30" lenghts on the floor or on your saw horses. The two 30" crossmembers on each end need to be staggered in about 3 inches so when you go to put your uprights in for your top rail one goes on each side of the bottom crossmember. Its really simple but good lord is it hard to explain by typing LOL....Anyway youll figure it out in the end It goes pretty quickly when you cut all of your pieces for however many sets of rack you have to build. I have a few sets outside the shop Ill try to post a pic if I get a chance. Good luck buddy!

Lay out an equilateral triangle. all sides equal. lay out the equilateral triangle for the center lines of the three parallel pipe. Multiply the desired altitude times 1.155 and add or subtract for the (example: diameter of the 2 7/8) outside diameter of pipe/tubing used.
Example; 32 desired finished height; subtract 2.875 from 32 equals 29.125. Multiply 29.125 times 1.155 equals 33.640. Subtract 2.875 from 33.640 equals 30.764. This would be the distance from bottom/inside of saddle to bottom/inside of saddle to space three parallel pipe equal distance to provide a 32 inch tumble pipe stand.
Or, cut three short lengths of pipe and play checkers on the floor with them until the height and sides are right.
