I have a 1979 Lincoln SA-200-F-163 code 8023 S/N A-899930.
Here is the deal. One day about 10 months ago I was bored and decided I would take my spare welder all apart and paint it. And then I decided to do some other thing to it since it was apart. I converted it over to an A/C Delco single wire alternator and completely rewired it. It also has a new, P.C. Board (weldtron), Idler Solenoid, thermostat and radiator hoses, carburetor, fuel bowl assembly, welding stud isolators, Oil pressure switch, Oil light, starter button, switches with rubbers, battery and cable. If your going to do it do it right.
It comes with a new Remote an extra set of exciter brushes (2) and main brushes (8). 200' of like new 2/0 welding cable and quick connects on one end. 300 amp grounding clamp, 250 amp stinger with #2 whip. A good used Victor torch and hose (not in the pictures). 4 new Pack-jack Vee-head pipe jack stands. The trailer has 2 3500lb axels with brakes on both (brake wires are not hooked up). The tires are about 1-1/2 years old and under 1k miles on them. I packed the wheel bearings last week so they are good to go.
I have been using for the past month to make sure every thing is right and it runs and welds great. Doesn't smoke or use oil and the oil is clean. I am selling because it is the only thing that I have that is gasoline and the main reason is I put a lot work into it and don't want it to sit around and rot like spare welder some times do.
I am asking $6000.00 and it is located in Las Cruces, NM 88001
I have the oil bath air cleaner for it. It was in a box sitting on a shelf right where I put it. So much for my theory that it had grown legs and walker off.
