Can anyone provide me literatures on welding of 5Cr 1/2 Mo material.

look in ASM Handbook, Volume 6. Then look for ASTM A387 Gr 5 data.
Also look in the Kobelco Welding Hanbook (pdf online) and use the search tool for "5Cr-0.5Mo"
They will both give you fillers, preheats, post heats, etc.

Yes, 387 Gr 5 is standard specification for pr.vessel plate.But if you are dealing with piping ,then you have to search ASTM A335 grouping.

From my exp. for root pass welding u can use ER80S-B6.For filling and capping u can use E8015-B6.
