I am going to purchase a Trailblazer 302G in the next 30 days. The best price I found online is through cyberweld.com @ $3,928 including shipping. My local dealer is about $400 more and I have to pay 7.75% tax. I would like to buy local, but for $700, I'll buy online.
Does anybody know of a better deal online?

Be aware that some, not all, online vendors sell last years models. This may or may not matter to you but one should be aware.

Hello Erik, to add just one more little thought, depending on how you end up paying for your purchase and how anal your state is about sales tax you could end up receiving a letter asking you to remit the taxes for your purchase. The state that I live in(has sales tax) is right next door to a state that doesn't have sales tax, a while back a bunch of folks who bought across the state lines received tax bills as a result of how they paid for their purchases. In this case I believe they financed their purchases. I don't know what your situation is, but you should definitely consider this possibility. A little food for thought. Best regards, aevald
Thank you for the replies and input. I will check the items mentioned with who ever I go with prior to purchase. I plan on paying with a Matercard, but debit not credit.
Does anybody have experience with Indiana Oxygen? They are approx. the same price as cyberweld. If people have bought from Indiana Oxygen before and been happy, I will do the same
I bought my plasma unit from Indiana Oxygen and few other small items. Everything has been ok so far but they are local to me.
I bought my 302 from Sutton-Garten in Indianapolis for 2900 with only 30 hours on it and 2 1/2 yr left on the warranty it was a rental unit that looked brand new. I believe they sell them off for new models every so often.
Check with Larry Burros at Applied Equipment in Dallas before you do. Im not sure if youre hell bend on getting a new one or not but check with him anyway. He gets all kinds of miller eqipment. He goes by weldersales on the forum.
If you are not loking for a new one I have one with 190 hours. I have all the goodies to go with it too.
I am not hell bent on a new one, but getting a good used one here in San Diego hasn't panned out yet, and when you start looking nationwide, fuel to go look at it/pick it up starts eating away at that $3,800 pretty quick. I will call Larry in TX this week. I'll call everybody, buying a new welder for me is like a 10 year old getting a BB gun or motorcycle for Christmas! :) Thanks for the input,
on ebay there is a trailblazer 302 with 219 hours. ends soon but the bidding starts at 2800. buy it now is 3200. it is in huricane utah
You might also want to check Welsco out of Tulsa,Oklahoma. I believe he sells both Lincoln and Miller. I bought a Vantage 300 from him and was very pleased with the promptness. I had the welder shipped to my door in 3 or 4 days, with free shipping. I know of another welder personally, who purchased his welder from Welsco and he was also out of state and also very pleased and satisfied. I purchased mine with my Mastercard also. I dealt with the manager, his name is Mike Brace, phone # is 918 836-4696,cell # is 918 698-4449. Address is 1825 No. 106th East Ave. Tulsa,Oklahoma 74116. Fax # is 918 834-6617. His price was the best I found anywhere and I searched extensively.
