Can anybody help me if i am correct with this.
I have 2 PQR one is 5G Position having a Group II Material (AWSD1.1), and the other one is 6GR position having a Group I material (AWS D1.1). If I develop new WPS using these two PQR, can I use this WPS to weld Group II materials and below at a TKY connection?

I would say no.
However, I suggest that you check out the Pre-Qualified TKY joint connection in Figures 3.5 - 3.9 in AWS D1.1 2002.
You may find what you need there.

Thanks for the suggestion. But, our client is not accepting the Pre qualified joint either. The joint i am talking about conforms to fig. 3.9. Can you give me some reason why this is not possible?
For your more information, both PQR has the same Electrode (E7016 & E7018), everything is the same except the joint configuration and Material Grouping.
Im not arguing, i just want some help, because, i cannot see in AWS D1.1 wherein it says that this is not possible.
Anymore suggestion aside from the previous suggestion?

Not knowing the full details of your situation, it's hard to say why the Client won't accept the prequalified joint.
However, I can say that your previous 6GR PQR is not valid for any materials other than Group I. see AWS D1.1- 2000- 4.7.3, Table 4.8, and Table 4.6 1).
In order to find the information necessary to qualify the WPS you need, see 4.12.
Good Luck,
Tim

Tim,
Thanks for all the suggestion.
I already fixed everything. We are now starting the welding works.
